Right Resources Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation in any form.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business activities, in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Although we are a small organisation, we expect everyone working with us, including our Associates, contractors and suppliers, to uphold these same principles and respect fundamental human rights.

Any concerns relating to modern slavery or exploitation will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and appropriately.

Safeguarding Policy

Right Resources Limited is committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive environment for everyone accessing our services.

Although we do not specifically provide services for vulnerable adults or children, we recognise our responsibility to respond appropriately where concerns arise about an individual's safety or potential risk of harm to themselves or others.

At the beginning of any assessment, meeting or ongoing coaching relationship, we explain the boundaries of confidentiality, including circumstances where information may need to be shared to protect someone's safety.

Any safeguarding concerns will be handled sensitively, with appropriate professional judgement, and information will only be shared with relevant services or authorities where necessary and lawful.
