Specialist One to One Coping Strategy Coaching

Working with individuals to 'mutually problem solve' and help them develop more effective coping strategies and gain greater control over their worktasks. Raising self awareness and helping individuals become more productive can help reduce stress and increase the likelihood of them realizing their true potential. (These sessions are particularly suitable for those with dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia type challenges).

XL-Strategy® Coaching 'online' is delivered by Janette Beetham - 'Senior Consultant to the British Dyslexia Association' (BDA 2017) and the small team of workplace specialist associates at Right Resources Limited. (All members of the team are British Dyslexia Association qualified ... and they are dyslexic/neurodivergent themselves).
The benefits of this 'online' method includes:
- Greater flexibility in terms of time and location.
- Options to do schedule sessions outside of normal working hours, if required.
- Also, some clients prefer to book this for themselves without having to inform their employer/ line manager etc.
- These sessions can especially useful for senior managers, directors & business owners as we are business consultants.
